Julian is from Nassau, Bahamas and ventured to Miami to complete his BS in Political Science at Florida Memorial University, a Historically black college and University, where he served as Student body President. He received his master’s from Florida A&M University in Public Administration with a concentration in Political Science. Since his first Policy Conference in 2011, he was selected with 5 other students to serve on National Council in 2015 and has travelled to Israel twice with AIPAC as a pro-Israel activist. Julian started his career as a Fellow on AIPAC’s Manhattan team guiding pro-Israel supporters on how to advance the U.S.-Israel partnership. He started working with the Sephardic community back in 2019 and worked for years as the Director of AIPAC’s Sephardic Division.
