On November 22, the SCA partnered with Enough is Enough and the Sephardic Community Center in hosting a conversation on how to deal with antisemitism. Norma Chehebar introduced the night, followed by Michael Harary, who serves as a board member of Enough is Enough. He briefed the audience on the history of what our community has been doing these past few months to educate our youth on antisemitism and anti-Israel rhetoric.
Moderator David Mizrachi and keynote speaker Rudy Rochman then took the stage. The hundreds of attendees spent the next hour mesmerized by Rudy’s difficult yet inspiring experiences with antisemitism. Through the Q & A afterwards, they were able to build on the practical takeaways and lessons that the night had to offer.
